Merchandise not considered accessory to the use shall not be displayed or offered for sale <br />within the residence. No merchandise shall be displayed or offered for sale outside the <br />residence. <br /> <br />11. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable State or County <br />licenses. <br /> <br />12. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and <br />enforcement of this Permit. <br /> <br />13.
