Sequence of Pond Excavation: <br />(see attached diagram) <br /> <br />A. Doze path on north side of the ditch and install <br />the silt fence. Push debris east onto high <br />ground. <br /> <br />B. Dose clearing on west perimeter and install silt <br />fence. Push excess debris north to high ground. <br /> <br />C. Clear 100' wide strip on west side in Row 1 area. <br />Pile brush and debris in piles on north side of <br />pond area on high ground. <br /> <br />D. Start dirt excavation on northwest corner and <br />proceed to southwest corner by use of dragline. <br />Deposit dirt in north and south row to maximum <br />of 25' in height. <br /> <br />E. Push dirt from row into pile on north end and load <br />onto trucks. <br /> <br />F. Proceed on clearing area in Row 2 and continue to <br />dragline dig pond. <br /> <br />G. Continue same in Row 3-5 clearing and digging. <br /> <br />H. Throughout excavation, doze brush and debris piles <br />to stimulate mulching of brush. <br /> <br />16. I feel that doing the work myself is an asset as I <br />will not have to rely on independent contractors to <br />help maintain a neat work environment or leave an <br />eyesore at completion of project. To complete the <br />project I plan on establishing new grass and planting <br />new trees from existing tree plots, leaving the pond <br />in natural foliage.
