<br />State Assistance Program Availability <br /> <br />The Minnesota Department of Trade and Economic Development (DTED) offers the following program to assist <br />companies in their growth and market development. If you require additional information concerning these programs <br />please contact DTED at (612) 297-1291. <br /> <br />The Capital Access Program provides limited <br />guarantees to private lenders for loans made to <br />small- and medium-sized businesses for start-up or <br />expansion costs. <br /> <br />The Minnesota Job Skills Partnership Board <br />awards grants for cooperative education and <br />training projects between Minnesota businesses and <br />educational institutions.
