All exterior wall finishes on any building shall be: a) face brick; b) <br />natural stone; c) specifically designed pre-cast concrete units whose <br />surfaces have been integrally treated with an applied decorative <br />material or texture; d) factory fabricated or finished, metal framed <br />panel construction, if the panel material is to be of those noted in a, b, <br />or c above; and e) other material as may be approved by the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission and Council. Combinations of such materials <br />shall be permitted. <br /> <br />b. Each light standard base or island and all islands in the parking lot <br />shall be landscaped or covered. <br /> <br />c. Vehicular access points shall be limited, shall create a minimum of <br />conflict with through traffic movements, and shall be subject to the <br />approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />d. The entire site shall have a drainage system which is subj ect to the <br />approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />e. The entire site, other than that covered by structures, concrete or <br />asphalt, shall be finished with turf and/or plantings up to the edge of <br />the improved street(s). <br /> <br />f. All signing and information or visual communication devices shall be <br />in compliance with the applicable provisions of the City Code. <br /> <br />g. All magazining or stacking space for vehicles shall be off-street and <br />shall be constructed to size that will accommodate that number of <br />vehicles which can be serviced during a maximum 30 minute period <br />and shall be subject to the approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />f3 <br />
