<br />.. <br /> <br />-oJ <br /> <br />1 1/2 off-street parking spaces for each one bedroom dwelling unit <br />plus an additional off-street 1/2 parking stall for each additional <br />bedroom in excess of one in any dwelling unit <br /> <br />c. All two family structures shall have either an attached or detached <br />garage with overall dimensions of not less than 240 square feet per <br />unit. <br /> <br />d. Where a two dwelling unit structure is constructed with a zero lot line, <br />the overall dimensions of the attached/detached garage shall contain <br />not less than 400 square feet per unit. <br /> <br />e. Each efficiency unit shall have an attached/detached garage with <br />overall dimensions that contain not less than 240 square feet per unit. <br /> <br />f. Each unit of three or more dwelling unit structures shall have an <br />attached/detached garage with overall dimensions that contain not less <br />than 240 square feet per unit. <br /> <br />g. The surfaces of parking stalls, aisles, and access driveways shall be <br />blacktop, concrete or other hard surface and properly maintained for <br />adequate and shall be kept free from dust, dirt and mud. Proper <br />maintenance includes keeping the blacktop, concrete or other surface <br />in good condition and free from chuckholes and other types of surface <br />cracks and breakage. <br /> <br />h. The entire perimeter of the parking stalls, aisles and access driveways <br />shall be curbed with six inch high curbing of poured concrete. <br /> <br />1. All required parking stalls shall be located on the premises of the <br />principal building. <br /> <br />J. One parking stall shall not be less than 180 square feet in area, with a <br />minimum width of 9 feet. <br /> <br />k. Off-street parking is prohibited: in any portion of the required front <br />yard; in any more than 2/3 of the required rear yard; any closer than 5 <br />feet to a lot line; and any closer to a principal building than 5 feet. <br /> <br />Subd.5 Driveways. <br /> <br />a. Maximum driveway width: 24 feet <br /> <br />b. Minimum width of parking aisle: 20 feet <br /> <br />c. Edge of curb opening shall not be closer to nearest portion of a street <br />right-of-way intersection than 75 feet or 2/3 of the lot width, <br />whichever is smaller (where a "T" intersection exists, a drive may be <br />located opposite the end ofthe intercepted street) <br /> <br />d.
