All exterior wall finishes on any building shall be: <br /> <br />1. face brick; <br /> <br />2. natural stone; <br /> <br />3. specifically designed pre-cast concrete units whose surfaces have <br />been integrally treated with an applied decorative material or <br />texture; <br /> <br />4. factory fabricated or finished metal framed panel construction, if <br />the panel material is to be of those noted in 1, 2, or 3 above; <br /> <br />5. other material as may be approved by the City. Combinations of <br />such materials shall be permitted. <br /> <br />b. Each light standard base or island and all islands in the parking lot <br />shall be landscaped or covered. <br /> <br />c. Vehicular access points shall be limited, shall create a minimum of <br />conflict with through traffic movements, and shall be subject to the <br />approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />d. The entire site shall have a drainage system which is subject to the <br />approval ofthe City Engineer. <br /> <br />e. The entire site, other than that covered by structures, concrete or <br />asphalt shall be finished with turf and/or plantings up to the edge of <br />improved street(s). <br /> <br />f. All signing and information or visual communication devices shall be <br />in compliance with the applicable provisions of the code. <br /> <br />g. All magazining or stacking space for vehicles shall be off-street and <br />shall be constructed to a size that will accommodate that number of <br />vehicles which can be serviced during a maximum 30 minute period <br />and shall be subject to the approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />5 <br />
