All exterior wall finishes on any building shall be: 1. face brick; 2. natural stone; 3. specifically designed pre-cast concrete units whose surfaces have been integrally treated with an applied decorative material or texture; 4. factory fabricated or finished metal framed panel construction, if the panel material is to be of those noted in 1, 2, or 3 above; 5. other material as may be approved by the City. Combinations of such materials shall be permitted. b. Each light standard base or island and all islands in the parking lot shall be landscaped or covered. c. Vehicular access points shall be limited, shall create a minimum of conflict with through traffic movements, and shall be subject to the approval of the City Engineer. d. The entire site shall have a drainage system which is subject to the approval ofthe City Engineer. e. The entire site, other than that covered by structures, concrete or asphalt shall be finished with turf and/or plantings up to the edge of improved street(s). f. All signing and information or visual communication devices shall be in compliance with the applicable provisions of the code. g. All magazining or stacking space for vehicles shall be off-street and shall be constructed to a size that will accommodate that number of vehicles which can be serviced during a maximum 30 minute period and shall be subject to the approval of the City Engineer. 5
