<br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-09-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDIND 2006 THIRD QUARTER RECYCLING RATE FROM <br />$7.31/QUARTER TO $6.00/QUARTER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 2006 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges was adopted on November 7, <br />2005 and amended June 13,2006; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, annually the City received SCORE grant funds from the County for <br />recycling expenditures; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City would like to reduce the third quarter recycling fee from <br />$7.31/quarter to $6.00/quarter to capture estimated year-end recycling grant funds. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City's Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges will be amended to reflect a third quarter only <br />reduction in the recycling rate from $7.31/quarter to $6.00/quarter. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was dilly seconded by Councilmember <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 11 th day of September, 2006. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
