4. Green Valley Greenhouse has met with the City Fire Department to determine <br />fire apparatus access for the property. Installation of the access road to be <br />completed on or about October 31, 2006. <br />5 The Phase 1 structure will include fire suppression to be approved by the City <br />Fire Department. <br />6. Plans of Phase 1 the appropriate engineering and architectural approval <br />will be submitted to the City Building Department for approval. Plumbing <br />and drainage plans will be submitted for State approval. <br />7. Green Valley Greenhouse will provide appropriate landscaping for the new <br />structure. <br />8.
