Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #06 -09- A RESOLUTION. TO APPROVE/DENY THE REQUEST OF RON TALLMAN FOR AN EXCEPTION TO THE DEVELOPMENT MORATORIUM ESTABLISHED BY ORDINANCE #06 -07 ON THE R -1 RESIDENTIAL: RURAL DEVELOPING DISTRICT. WHEREAS, on September 11, 2006 the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #06- 09 - adopting Findings of Fact # relating to Ron Tallman's request for an exception to the development moratorium on the R -1 Residential: Rural Developing District; and WHEREAS, the property which is the subject of the requested exception is legally described as follows (the "Subject Property"): The west half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 32, Range 25, according to the U.S. Government Survey, Anoka County, Minnesota. And The north 447.60 feet of the east 526.00 feet, as measured along the east and north lines, respectively, of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 32, Range 25, according to the U.S. Government Survey, Anoka County, Minnesota. And That part of the east 542.00 feet, as measured parallel with the north line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, lying south of the north 447.60 feet, as measured along the east line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 8, township 32, Range 25, according to the U.S. Government Survey, Anoka County, Minnesota. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That the Ramsey City Council herein approves /denies Ron Tallman's request for exception to the development moratorium relating to the Subject Property based on the Findings of Fact adopted by the City Council on September 11, 2006.
