The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1 AUTHORITY <br />9.20 Zoning Districts <br />ORDINANCE #06- <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20 <br />SECTION 2 AMENDMENTS <br />The following sections of City Code shall be amended to read as follows: <br />9.20.01 District Boundaries. District boundaries shown within the lines of roads, streams, <br />and transportation rights -of -way shall be deemed to follow the centerlines. The vacation of roads <br />shall not affect the location of such district or development area boundaries. When the Zoning <br />Administrator cannot definitely determine the location of a district boundary by such centerlines, <br />by the scale or dimensions stated on the zoning map, or by the fact that it clearly coincides with a <br />property line, they shall refuse action, and the Board of Adjustment, upon appeal, shall interpret <br />the location of the district or development area boundary with reference to the scale of the zoning <br />map and the purposes set forth in all relevant provisions of this City Code. When a district or <br />development area boundary line divides a lot of record into two (2) or more districts or into both <br />development areas, any portion of the lot within fifty (50) feet of such division may be used for <br />any use of either district or development area as approved by the Board of Adjustment. The <br />Metropolitan Urban Service Area (MUSA) boundary line, however, defines the limits of sewered <br />area. Any area outside of the MUSA boundary shall not be served with sewer. <br />9.20.02 Districts. For the purpose of this Chapter, the City is divided in the following <br />zoning districts. <br />
