ADOPT ORDINANCE TO ADD SECTION 9.20.29 (PUBLIC /QUASI PUBLIC <br />DISTRICT) TO THE ZONING CHAPTER OF CITY CODE: <br />CASE OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br />By: Breanne Dalnes, Associate Planner <br />Background: In 2001, the City of Ramsey adopted an updated comprehensive plan that re- <br />organized the zoning and land use districts. A Public /Quasi Public district was added to the <br />Official Zoning Map at this time, but no standards were incorporated into City Code. <br />Observations: <br />A draft ordinance for the Public /Quasi Public District regulations was presented to the City <br />Council on August 22 for introduction.
