AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br />ORDINANCE #06- <br />411 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 9.20.29 PUBLIC /QUASI PUBLIC DISTRICT TO <br />RAMSEY CITY CODE <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1 AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />SECTON 2 ADDITIONS <br />9.20.29 Public /Quasi Public District. <br />Subdivision 1. Intent The intent of this district is to provide for and regulate uses <br />that are public or semi - public in nature and to provide the community with area <br />designated specifically for open spaces, community gathering places, public and <br />private recreational spaces, educational facilities, and government buildings. <br />Subd. 2. Permitted Uses <br />a) Government buildings and facilities <br />b) Public recreational facilities <br />c) Private recreational facilities including golf courses <br />d) Schools, public and private <br />e) Private utility substations <br />
