• <br />ATTEST: <br />SECTION 3 SUMMARY <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #06 -07- has been approved by the City Council <br />of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br />This Ordinance #06 -08- adds a public /quasi public district that provides performance <br />standards for the corresponding district on the Official Zoning Map. <br />SECTION 4 EFFECTIVE DATE <br />The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, subject to <br />City Charter Section 5.07. <br />Adopted by the Ramsey City Council the , day of , 2006. <br />City Administrator <br />Municipal utility substations <br />Subd. 3. Site Plan Required. Any construction of buildings in the public /quasi <br />public' district will be subject to the site plan review process, as outlined in Section <br />9.03.08 of this City Code. <br />Subd. 4. Performance Standards <br />a. All development in this District shall be subject to applicable B -1 Business <br />District regulations as outlined in Section 9.20.21.
