E mail messages and text messagess are subject to <br />regulation under the Minnesota Data Practices Act. _The content of the message determines <br />whether it is a message is public or non-public/private.—_E mail isBoth methods are intended as <br />communication a -mediums of communication, not for permanent storage or information storage; <br />therefore, c mailncither should not be used for the permanent storage or maintenance of official <br />GityCity records or other Gi4yCity information.
