Mississippi National River and Recreation Area <br /> <br />The City currently is preparing a grant application for $25,000 from the National Park <br />Service to bring local ordinances, maps, and plans into compliance with the Critical Area <br />standards and to develop a plan that complies with the MNRRA management plan. <br /> <br />Minimum Lot Size: Five (5) acres outside of the MUSA which are within the district with <br />a maximum density of 4 units per 40 acres on a pro rata basis. <br /> <br />page 2-22 <br />
