<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that Staff is in the process of preparing for a public hearing. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hendriksen stated that City Council refused to hold a public hearing. He added that <br />he didn't believe it could be considered the legal Transportation Plan since there never was a public <br />hearing held. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer noted that the Planning and Zoning Commission made a motion several <br />months previous to send this matter to City Council. <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden stated the point is that it has been brought to City Council's attention and <br />action is being taken, but in the meantime, Exhibit #11 is being submitted now. <br /> <br />Mr. Gromberg explained that the proposed amendment made no changes in the Comprehensive <br />Plan except for the MUSA. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hendriksen noted that he strongly objects to what is reported to be a proposed City <br />of Ramsey thoroughfare. plan that was essentially compiled by staff and never presented to the <br />public. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holland and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Holland, Deemer, <br />Hendriksen, LaDue, Terry, and Thorud.
