The information <br />continued herein documents the process and findings of an analysis done by the County. <br /> <br />In 1993, Anoka County authorized its consultant to evaluate the impact of the MUSA <br />expansions proposed by the two cities on the roadway network potentially affected. <br />This work was conducted by BRW, Inc. in 1993-94 as an update to the Anoka County <br />Comprehensive 2010 Transportation Plan. The analysis was coordinated with <br />MnjDOT, the cities of Ramsey and Andover, and Metropolitan Council staff. The <br />specific locations to be examined, demographic forecasts to be used, forecasting <br />methodology and models were agreed upon by the County and Met Council staff, with <br />input from the two cities.
