An issue has arisen within the <br />City as to the exact MUSA boundary as established by the <br />Metropolitan Council's Resolution No. 95-3 which was an approval of <br />Ramsey'.s most recent Comprehensive Plan Amendment. <br /> <br />The city of Ramsey has published the enclosed map showing what <br />staff believes to be the Metropolitan Council approved MUSA <br />boundary. A group of Ramsey residents has suggested the boundary <br />shown on the map enclosed is incorrect and that the Metropolitan <br />Council has approved a different MUSA boundary. <br /> <br />If the enclosed map does not accurately depict the <br />Metropolitan Council's official Ramsey MUSA boundary, will you <br />please forward to me a map showing Ramsey's MUSA boundary as <br />finally and officially approved by the Metropolitan Council <br />pursuant to your Resolution 95-3. . <br /> <br />Please <br />information <br />possible, I <br />1997. <br /> <br />advise if I can provide you with any further <br />in order to respond to this request.
