Goodrich, city Attorney <br />1995 MUSA Boundary and Acreage <br />May 12, 1997 <br /> <br />After our meeting on May 8, 1997 regarding .the above subject, I <br />reviewed some additional materials and met with Ron Batty <br />concerning the Comprehensive Plan Amendment procedures and the <br />related MUSA boundary expansion. <br /> <br />I am more convinced than ever that we need accurate data to support <br />Ryan's March 11, 1994 letter. For your information, attached is a <br />copy of the March 11, 1994 letter. I need to have this data <br />completed no later than May 21, 1997 in order to make my <br />presentation to the City Council at its May 27, 1997 meeting. <br /> <br />Please contact me if you have questions. <br />
