Hall parking lot for a park <br />n' ride lot. <br />11) The City will apply to Mn /DOT for acquisition and improve- <br />ment of future park n' ride sites if the City Hall lot is <br />favorably received. <br />12) Ramsey will evaluate the extension of existing bus routes <br />and potential paratransit feeder service as urban develop- <br />ment occurs. <br />B. PUBLIC UTILITIES ELEMENT <br />1) Provide adequate public utilities to allow higher density <br />development in the urban area of the community. <br />Maintain high design and inspection standards for on -site <br />sewage disposal systems. <br />Minimize environmental degradation resulting from increasing <br />urbanization of Ramsey. <br />1) The City will provide sewer to accommodate projected devel- <br />opment after the CAB interceptor is extended to the City <br />limits. <br />2) The City will continue to enforce its on -site sewage <br />ordinance which involves adequate design standards and <br />inspection requirements. <br />3) Ramsey will implement a Comprehensive Storm Drainage Plan <br />for the urban area which protected natural wetlands and <br />ponding areas. <br />4) Developers of large scale projects must do what is practical <br />to slow the rate of runoff into the municipal system. <br />5) Ramsey will implement its recently completed Comprehensive <br />Water Plan and provide water service in conjunction with <br />sewer service. <br />87 <br />7 - 1 <br />9 - 28 -8 -8 1 <br />
