AIRPORT ELEMENT <br />7 <br />Provide adequate airport facilities to meet air travel <br />needs in the Ramsey area. <br />2) Adopt adequate zoning and subdivision regulations to <br />minimize future conflicts with air travel within pro - <br />posed flight paths. <br />POLICIES 1) Ramsey will monitor seaplans using the Mississippi River <br />for possible conflict with recreation use. <br />2) Ramsey will inform Mn/DOT's commissioner of any proposed <br />structure higher than 200'. <br />The City of Ramsey will modify existing land use regula- <br />tion in accordance with the airport plan recommendations <br />if a suitable site is found in Ramsey. <br />
