RESTRICT COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS <br />TO CONVENIENCE GOODS AND SERVICES AND BASE THE EXTENT <br />OF DEVELOPMENT ON THE NEED OF THE AREA. <br />7. ALLOW A MIXTURE OF RESIDENTIAL, RETAIL, AND OFFICE <br />USES WITHIN "PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS" IF WELL - PLANNED <br />AND DESIGNED.
