<br />~ <br />.' <br /> <br />the total square footage of the attached or ...detached <br />garage and accessory structure exceed 1,488 square feet <br />on any parcel of land one (1) acre or less in size. <br />However, on parcels of land less than 14,880 square feet <br />in size, the total square footage of the attached or <br />detached garage and accessory structure shall not exceed <br />ten percent (10%) of the total lot area. <br /> <br />On parcels of land (1) acre or less in size, the <br />accessory structure and/or attached or detached garage <br />shall be built with the same type construction materials <br />and shall have the same general design and exterior <br />facing finish as that of the principal structure located <br />on the parcel. <br /> <br />a) Parcels of Land Greater Than One Acre and Less Than 2-1/2 <br />Acres <br />On parcels of land greater than one (1) acre and less <br />than two and one-half (2-1/2) acres in size, no single <br />accessory structure shall exceed 800 square feet in size. <br />In the event that the attached or detached garage located <br />on the same parcel of land does not exceed 864 square <br />feet, the accessory structure may include the difference <br />between the square footage of the attached or detached <br />garage and 864 square feet. In no event shall the total <br />square footage of the attached or detached garage and the <br />accessory structure exceed 1,664 square feet on any <br />parcel of land greater than one (1) acre and less than <br />two and one-half (2-1/2) acres in size. <br /> <br />On parcels of land greater than one (1) acre and less <br />than two and one-half (2-1/2) acres in size, the <br />accessory structure and/or attached or detached garage <br />shall be built with the same type construction materials <br />and shall have the same general design and exterior <br />facing finish as that of the principal structure located <br />on the parcel. <br /> <br />c) Parcels of Land 2-1/2 Acres and Greater <br />On parcels of land two and one-half (2 -1./2) acres in <br />size, accessory structures shall not exceed 1,200 square <br />feet. On parcels of land greater than two and one-half <br />(2-1./2) acres in size, accessory structures may be an <br />additional 400 square feet in size for each full or <br />partial acre that the parcel exceeds two and one-half <br />(2-1./2) acres.
