The comprehensive plan should comment on (report items <br />10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, & 17): <br />a) Regional trail along the Mississippi <br />b) Inconsistency of Mississippi River bridge that is <br />proposed by the City <br />c) Continued City consideration of a T.H.10 frontage <br />road <br />d) Continued City review of land use compatibility <br />adjacent to the airport <br />e) Continued City review of land use compatibility <br />adjacent to the sanitary landfill and to "Site P" <br />f) City policies to encourage diverse housing type <br />g) City critical area planning consistency with metro <br />and other planning /standards. <br />We appreciate the cooperation of the Metropolitan Council and its <br />staff in approval of the plan amendment. We look forward to <br />continued cooperative efforts in the planned growth of Ramsey. <br />Sincerely, <br />1. MWCC monitoring of Anoka WWTP flows, MWCC evaluation of <br />early phase out of the Anoka WWTP and an understanding <br />that City of Ramsey REC's will_be_limited to 500 between <br />January 1989 and the completion by the MWCC of the plant <br />phase out unless monitoring data shows that additional <br />flow is allowable (report items 5, 6, and 7). <br />2.
