MWCC monitoring of Anoka WWTP flows, MWCC evaluation of <br />early phase out of the Anoka WWTP and an understanding <br />that City of Ramsey REC's will_be_limited to 500 between <br />January 1989 and the completion by the MWCC of the plant <br />phase out unless monitoring data shows that additional <br />flow is allowable (report items 5, 6, and 7). <br />2.
