<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />HKGi herewith commits the following personnel to work with <br />the City of Ramsey in updating its Comprehensive Plan: <br /> <br />Fred Hoisington, AICP, President and Founder of HKGi, has over <br />30 years of professional planning experience as a planning director and <br />consultant in Minnesota, Colorado and Michigan. He specializes in <br />land use, comprehensive and redevelopment planning. He has a <br />Bachelors degree in Urban Planning and a Masters degree in Resource <br />Development and Urban Planning, both from Michigan State University. <br />Representative projects where he has served as project manager include: <br />The Chanhassen Vision 2002 Downtown Plan, comprehensive plans <br />and ordinances for numerous Minnesota communities including Mower <br />County, Waconia, Rosemount, Norwood Young America, Bayport and <br />Luverne, Minnesota. Virtually all ofthese involved visioning and the <br />building of public consent. Fred will serve as project manager for the <br />project (see Organization Chart for responsibilities). <br /> <br />Mark Koegler, ASLA, serves as Senior Vice President of Hoisington <br />Koegler Group. Mark has 20 years of experience throughout the <br />Midwest both as a planning director and land planning consultant. He <br />was the planning director for the City of Chanhassen and authored the <br />City's 1980 comprehensive plan as a staff member and the community's <br />1990 comprehensive plan as a private consultant. He was directly <br />involved in successfully obtaining a MUSA expansion of almost 2,200 <br />acres as part of the 1990 plan. Mark presently serves as the consulting <br />city planner for the City of Mound and acts as the park planner for <br />three Twin City area communities. Representing the Sensible Land <br />Use Coalition, he served on the Metropolitan Council's Growth <br />Management Work Group which drafted the handbook to accompany <br />the adopted Regional Blueprint. Mark will provide MUSA assistance <br />with the Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />Michael Schroeder, ASLA, serves as Vice President of HKGi. <br />Michael Schroeder has over 10 years of experience as a landscape <br />architect/urban designer. He is a gifted designer with a wealth of <br />experience throughout the United States. He has been responsible for <br />a variety of large-scale master planning projects including the H.B. <br />Fuller Company Corporate Campus, the Becker Comprehensive Plan <br />and the Champlin Gateway. Michael previously worked as a landscape <br />architect for several firms including BRW Inc., Ernst Associates, and <br />Martin & Pitz Associates Inc. He is a frequent speaker for the Minnesota <br />Landscape Arboretum and Minnesota State Horticulture Society.
