The public hearing was conducted in an open house format where citizens <br />were able to go from area. to area to discuss with City staff the various components of <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />The following item is enclosed: <br /> <br />Written responses received in regard to proposed March 2001 Draft Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Approximately 60 people participated in the open house public hearing.. Staff received several <br />written responses prior to the public hearing and several more at the public hearing. In addition, <br />staff received a few more written comments after the public hearing on June 21. Copies of all <br />comments received are attached. <br /> <br />. Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Planning Commission make a recommendation to the City Council <br />regarding the proposed.
