Critics, though, cited <br />"too much growth" as their major concern. Even so, the vast majority of residents would <br />recommend the city to others as a place to live. And, even though there was support for the <br />expansion of current city services, a sizable segment of the population felt the quality of the <br />current services provided was high. The property tax climate in the community was relatively <br />benign, and, as a result, residents felt they were obtaining a good value in city services for tax <br />dollars paid. . <br /> <br />Ramsey residents relied upon the "Ramsey Resident" for information about City government and <br />its activities. Cable television also played a role, but much more modestly. Satisfaction with <br />their current level of knowledge about City government and its activities was found to be very <br />high in comparison with other areas. In general, the City has done a strong job in keeping <br />residents appraised of its actions. <br /> <br />23 <br />
