Their <br />reactions to the current economic development planning and approval process were examined. <br />Also, respondents were quizzed about their evaluation of development to date. Job location data <br />was collected and juxtaposed against public transportation needs. Finally, improvements to the <br />transportation infrastructure were addressed and prioritized. <br /> <br />Zoning and Land Use <br />Decisions <br /> <br />Respondents were queried: <br /> <br />In general, do you approve or disapprove of the zoning <br />and land use decisions made by the City? <br /> <br />While thirty-seven "approved"of decisions made by the City of Ramsey, twenty-five percent <br />"disapproved: " <br /> <br />APPROVE . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 37% <br /> <br />DISAPPROVE. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 25% <br />DON'TKNOW/REFUSED ...........................38% <br /> <br />A large thirty-eight percent were unable to respond to this question. <br /> <br />Approval rates were highest among households connected to public sanitary sewer and water <br />services and residents of Precinct 1 B.
