J <br /> <br />"Good job" was stated most often by less than five year residents, households connected to <br />public sanitary sewer and water services, and residents of Precinct lB. "Too much growth" was <br />the criticism of five-to-twenty year residents and households not connected to public sanitary <br />sewer and water services. "No problems" was posted most often by 18-34 year olds and owners <br />of under $100,000 homes. <br /> <br />Adequate Opportunity for <br />Participation <br /> <br />Residents were asked: <br /> <br />Do you feel that Ramsey residents have an adequate <br />opportunity for input into the zoning and land use <br />decision-making process? <br /> <br />While fifty-six percent felt residents had adequate opportunity for input into the zoning and land <br />use decision-making process, twenty-one percent disagreed: <br /> <br />YES . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. 56% <br /> <br />NO ...........................................21% <br /> <br />DON'TKNOWIREFUSED ...........................23% <br /> <br />The level of agreement was consistent with other growing suburban areas. <br /> <br />"No" was concentrated among five-to-twenty year residents, households containing children, <br />owners of under $100,000 homes, households not connected to public sanitary sewer and water <br />services, and residents of Precinct 1 A. <br /> <br />Well-Planned Development <br /> <br />Respondents were queried: <br /> <br />Does the development through out the City seem well- <br />plannedfor thefuture of Ramsey? <br /> <br />While fifty-three percent felt development throughout the community was well-planned for the <br />future, twenty-two percent disagreed: <br /> <br />YES . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 53% <br /> <br />NO . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 22% <br /> <br />DON'T KNOWIREFUSED ................... . . . .. .. . 25% <br /> <br />35 <br />
