On June 23, the Council introduced an ordinance to place the following general locations <br />within the Metropolitan Urban Service Area under a 6 month development moratorium. <br />The ordinance is scheduled for adoption on July 14, publication on July 17, and effective <br />date of August 17. <br />• Property at the intersection of 153rd Avenue N.W. and T.H. #47 7 <br />• A parcel west of T.H. #47 and north of the Lord of Life Church. <br />• A parcel on the east side of Nowthen Blvd. N.W., just north of Sunwood Drive l,S� <br />• Property on Industry Avenue, east of Dysprosium Street / o �� <br />• Property west of Nowthen Blvd. N.W., from the water tower to Ramsey Terrace <br />Pond. -- 0, <br />• Property on the south side of Hwy. #10, just west of the new Comfort Suites Hotel 3 0� <br />• Property on the south side of Hwy. #10, east of Ramsey Blvd. N.W.
