e Households e The Metropolitan Council estimates the average household size in Ramsey at 3.3 persons per household in 1996. Although this number decreased from 3.79 in 1980 it continues to be the highest person per household ratio in Anoka County. In 1990,81.4% of Ramsey households were made up of married couple families. . In comparison, the median household income for Anoka County was $40,076 and $30,909 for the state of Minnesota.
