<br />."l <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />"5ep'f-:C: s 't>~ Iv".s.~~h <br />~00-.{ ~~.'IL- <br />- e~ -"ilt'1!- ~~~T ~~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />SCENARIO 1 <br />To meet Metropolitan Council projections for growth in households with urban services to <br />the year 2020 with~ MUSA expansion, the City of Ramsey would need to accommodate <br />5,212 households on roughly 280 acres. <br /> <br />Under this scenario, future urban residential development would have to average a gross <br />density of just over 18 units per acre. <br /> <br />SCENARIO 2 <br />To meet Metropolitan Council projections for growth in households with urban services to <br />the year 2020 with limited MUSA expansion as shown in Concept B, the City of Ramsey <br />would need to accommodate 5,212 households on roughly 950 acres. <br /> <br />Under this scenario, future urban residential development would have to average a gross <br />density of roughly 5.5 units per acre. <br /> <br />SCENARIO 3 <br />To meet projections with no MUSA expansion and rural densities at one unit per two to five <br />acres as proposed by Hoisington Koegler Group, the City of Ramsey could accommodate: <br /> <br />2550 Units <br />2662 Units <br /> <br />The total number of units possible in the rural area at 1 unit per 2 acres. <br />The total number of units needed in the urban area to meet forecasted growth. <br /> <br />Future densities in the urban area would be roughly 9.5 units per acre. <br /> <br />1042 Units <br />4170 Units <br /> <br />The total number of units possible in the rural area at 1 unit per 5 acres. <br />The total number of units needed in the urban area to meet forecasted growth. <br /> <br />Future densities in the urban area would be roughly 14.9 units per acre. <br /> <br />SCENARIO 4 <br />To meet projections with limited MUS A expansion westerly along Highway 10, adding <br />roughly 670 acres of residential land to the urban services area, and allowing rural densities <br />at a range of one unit per two to five acres. <br /> <br />2215 Units <br />2997 Units <br /> <br />The total number of units possible in the rural area at 1 unit per 2 acres. <br />The total number of units needed in the urban area to meet forecasted growth. <br /> <br />Future densities in the urban area would be roughly 3.15 units per acre. <br /> <br />886 Units <br />4326 Units <br /> <br />The total number of units possible in the rural area at 1 unit per 5 acres. <br />The total number of units needed in the urban area to meet forecasted growth. <br /> <br />Future densities in the urban area would be roughly 4.6 units per acre. <br />
