Work with the Northstar Corridor Development Authority to plan for a commuter rail station <br />located in the Town Center area. <br /> <br />7. Work with major employers in the industrial parks and the Anoka Hennepin Technical <br />College to provide a shuttle bus service linking these areas to the Commuter Station and the <br />Town Center area. <br /> <br />8. Ensure future developments are connected to the Town Center area through the Ramsey trail <br />plan. <br /> <br />9. Allow alternative forms of housing within the Town Center such as residential above <br />conunercial. <br /> <br />10.
