<br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />July 24, 1998 <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor, City Council Members and City Manager ofthe City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />The subject in question, an approximate 10 acre parcel ofland PIN No. 14-32-2455-0002 <br /> <br />or part of the SEl/4 ofthe SE1I4 of Section 14. <br /> <br />To refresh our memories a little, this approximate 10 acre parcel adjacent to Apple Ridge <br /> <br />was somehow inadvertently or mistakenly or whatever left out ofthe MUSA Line. <br /> <br />The City map on the wall in the Council Chambers reflected that the parcel in question was <br /> <br />within the MUSA Line for at least two years. However, at this time I am requesting in the <br /> <br />formation of your new Comprehensive Plan that the above parcel be included in the MUSA <br /> <br />Line ofthe new plan. <br /> <br />Thanking you in advance for your consideration. <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Jacob M.
