The <br />Metropolitan Council has granted us an extension to March 31, 1999 for <br />submittal of the complete plan. We anticipate Planning Commission <br />consideration on March 2 with Council action on March 23. This schedule <br />will allow another work session if needed. <br /> <br />We would like everyone to have an opportunity to participate in the . <br />discussion on Monday, if you are more comfortable submitting your <br />questions or comments in writing please do so. <br />
