Comprehensive Plan vs. Ordinance <br />. A quick overview to explain how the roles of the Comprehensive Plan and <br />Ordinances. <br /> <br />2. Review Comments submitted <br />. Thus far the City has received comments on the November 9 draft plan <br />from MnDOT, Metro Council, DNR, landowners and residents. No <br />comments have been received from Anoka County or adjacent <br />Communities. <br /> <br />3. Discussion 'Questions/Concerns/Clarification <br />. The majority of the meeting will be reserved for this item. The purpose of <br />this item is to discuss and to provide direction to staff and planning <br />consultant on areas of the plan that need more attention or clarification. <br /> <br />4. Agree to move forward/set schedule <br />· The workshop is intended to build consensus among the Planning <br />Commission and City Council on the Comprehensive Plan. Members <br />should agree to move forward and schedule future meeting dates. <br /> <br />5. Adjourn <br />
