<br />, . <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Page Two <br />CPA 98-03 <br />RU & OS to P <br />Section 22 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission finds the request would not have a <br />detrimental effect upon the health, safety, and general welfare of the City of Andover; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommends to the City Council <br />approval of the amendment as requested. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Andover <br />hereby agrees with the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission and <br />approves said amendment to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan with the following <br />condition: <br /> <br />1.
