<br />I <br />I <br />I] <br />I <br />I. <br />11 <br />11 <br />11 <br />I <br />I: <br />1\ <br />I! <br />Ii <br />I' <br />IJ <br />II <br />I <br />f <br />Il <br /> <br />APPENDIX E <br />ORDINANCE #90-2 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 170.0112 (ORDINANCE #85-2) WHICH IS <br />KNOWN AS THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION CHAPTER OF THE CITY <br />CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECITONS 170.0112E (D) (2) (P) AND <br />170.0112G OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota hereby ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />SUMMARY. <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #90-2 has been approved by the City Council of the <br />City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />The Ordinance defines trail corridor alignments and right-of-way widths for various segments of <br />the proposed Mississippi River Regional Corridor Trail within the City. The alignment generally <br />provides a 17' - 35' wide trail right-of-way within the urban area east of Mississippi West County <br />Park and a 17' - 75' wide trail right-of-way in the rural area west of the County Park. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 170.0112E Subsection (0) Subsection (2) Paragraph Jp) is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Trail right-of-way shall be provided to the City of Ramsey in accordance with the general <br />alignment(s) as shown on the Proposed Mississippi River Trail Corridor Map dated 12/1/89 and <br />approved by the City Council on 12/12/89 to allow for development of the Mississippi River <br />Corridor Trail.
