Within <br />that time frame, other area improvements such as Trunk Highway #169, Trunk Highway <br />#610 and Trunk Highway #10 will have been completed. <br /> <br />Steve, I would like to reference page 3 of your fax for some suggested amendments. <br />Within your findings #2 at the top of page 3, please amend the second sentence to read <br />"The City has implemented policies included in this plan amendment to accomplish these <br />three tasks." Upon completion of your nine findings, I would like to also suggest that you <br />would have a findings regarding the frontage road which is included within this MUSA <br />expansion and within the development agreement with the propeny owner. Also I would <br />like to suggest that you include a finding regarding the 1990 completion of the Rum River <br />crossing of County Road #116 which certainly had to have a positive impact upon Trunk <br />Highway #10 and the City of Ramsey. I would like you to address the 1991 completion of <br />153rd Avenue N.W. in the City of Ramsey between Ramsey Boulevard N.W. and Sunfish <br />Lake Boulevard N.W. and the 1994 proposed construction project of 153rd Avenue N.W. <br />between Variolite Street N.W. and Armstrong Boulevard N.W. in Ramsey. These two <br />projects result in completion of a crosstown anerial through the City of Ramsey running all <br />the way within one-half mile of the City of Elk River to the Rum River. <br /> <br />Finally, you suggested a meeting with Metropolitan Council Staff on Thursday, November <br />5, 1992.
