Since your request was received <br />on February 13, 2004, the City has until April 13, 2004 to make a decision. The 60-day <br />extension gives the City until June 12, 2004 to take formal action on the request for <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment. It should be noted that your request is expected to go before <br />the City Council at their April 27, 2004, along with the preliminary plat for Alpine.Woods. <br /> <br />If you have any questions or need additional information, please don't hesitate to call me: Thank' <br />you for your cooperation in this process.
