CITY OF RAMSEY DEVELOPMENT PERMIT MINNESOTA WATERJET, INC. On September 26, 2006, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ( "City ") to Minnesota. Waterjet, Inc, a Corporation under the laws of Minnesota ( "Permittee "), to construct a square foot office /warehouse facility ( "Structure ") on the property which is legally described as follows: LOT 2, BLOCK 1 OF THE SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK 3 11) ADDITION the ( "Site ") This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: 1. STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or architect. 2. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structure shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. 4. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed on the Site as shown on the Site Plan submittal prepared by Lampert Architects dated July 26, 2006, revised September 21, 2006. 5. REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: a. Site grading in accordance with the Grading Plan prepared by Hakanson Anderson dated August 18, 2006, revised September 21, 2006. b. Installation of concrete and bituminous driveways and parking lot. c. Installation of B -6/12 continuous concrete curbing around the perimeter of all concrete and/or bituminous surfaces. d. Establishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction and in accordance with the Site Plan. e. Installation and removal of temporary erosion control measures. f. Installation of landscaping materials in accordance with the approved Landscape Plan prepared by Lampert Architects, dated July 26, 2006, revised September 21, 2006. g. Irrigation metering and backflow devices shall be approved as part of the utility plan, and installed accordingly.
