-248— <br />WHEREAS, there (is /is not) sufficient sewer and water capacity to service the proposed <br />development; and <br />WHEREAS, that the Subject Property is located south of Trott Brook. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby determines that the Applicant's request does /does not <br />comply with the Interim Policy For Land Use Changes and approves the request for a land use <br />designation change of the three northern, unplatted parcels from Low Density Residential to <br />Medium Density Residential. <br />2) That the Ramsey City Council hereby does /does not authorize City Staff to submit the <br />necessary documentation to Metropolitan Council for an amendment to the 2001 <br />Comprehensive Plan to change the land use designation to medium density residential. <br />3) That this land use change shall become effective concurrent with the City's receipt of <br />notification of approval from Metropolitan Council. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 26 day of September, 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #06 - <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />
