Associate Planner Geisler replied this type of percentage has not been put in place at this point.
One thing to consider is the purpose of the survey is to help rank priorities related to housing in
the City; it is not likely quite as critical to obtain a certain threshold, but a specific number
should be determined prior to moving forward. Staff will follow up with people and remind
them to submit the survey.
HRA Executive Director Frolik indicated self - addressed envelopes will be included with the
surveys when they are mailed out, and staff will be contacting the residents requesting them to
return the form.
Commissioner Elvig suggested the HRA be informed of the survey results prior to the final plan
being assembled.
Associate Planner Geisler indicated survey updates will be included in the Weekly Update. The
survey process will likely take four to six weeks.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
None.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT
None.
COMMISSIONER INPUT
None.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Commissioner Elvig, seconded by Commissioner Cook, to close the regular meeting
of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
Motion carried.
The regular meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Sylvia Frolik
HRA Executive Director
ATTEST:
Housing and Redevelopment Authority / August 22, 2006
Page 4 of 5
