Preliminary Plat: Skyline Pointe. <br />June 30, 2006 <br />Revised August 4, 2006 and September 22, 2006 <br />Page 8 of 8 <br />Trail Development: The 2006 Trail Development Fee is $580 per dwelling unit. The <br />development fees in effect at the time of final plat approval will be charged. Also, the Parks and <br />Trail Commission, met on July 13, 2006 and determined that the construction of a trail along the <br />south side of Alpine Drive could be credit - eligible. <br />Park Dedication: The proposed plat will be forwarded to the ' Parks Commission for a <br />recommendation on park dedication. The City has the option for cash and the 2006 Park <br />Dedication fee is $2,400 per residential dwelling unit. <br />Sewer and Water Lateral Fees: The sewer and water lateral pipes have already been installed <br />along Nowthen Boulevard, and the applicant is responsible to pay the lateral fees. The 2006 rate <br />for sewer laterals is $3,417 per unit and water laterals are $7,795 per unit. The rate in effect at the <br />time of Final Plat will apply to the project. <br />Sewer and Water Trunk Fees: All developments are subject to a sewer and water trunk fee. <br />The 2006 trunk fees total $3,062.00 per residential dwelling unit. The rate in effect at the time of <br />Final Plat will be the charged. <br />Stormwater Management Feet The 2006 stormwater management fee is $397 per residential <br />unit. The rate in effect at Final Plat will be charged. <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 26, 2006 at the Ramsey <br />Fire Station located at 15050 Armstrong Blvd. NW, to review your preliminary plat. A copy of <br />the case cover sheet is enclosed.
