Preliminary Plat: Skyline Pointe. June 30, 2006 Revised August 4, 2006 and September 22, 2006 Page 8 of 8 Trail Development: The 2006 Trail Development Fee is $580 per dwelling unit. The development fees in effect at the time of final plat approval will be charged. Also, the Parks and Trail Commission, met on July 13, 2006 and determined that the construction of a trail along the south side of Alpine Drive could be credit - eligible. Park Dedication: The proposed plat will be forwarded to the ' Parks Commission for a recommendation on park dedication. The City has the option for cash and the 2006 Park Dedication fee is $2,400 per residential dwelling unit. Sewer and Water Lateral Fees: The sewer and water lateral pipes have already been installed along Nowthen Boulevard, and the applicant is responsible to pay the lateral fees. The 2006 rate for sewer laterals is $3,417 per unit and water laterals are $7,795 per unit. The rate in effect at the time of Final Plat will apply to the project. Sewer and Water Trunk Fees: All developments are subject to a sewer and water trunk fee. The 2006 trunk fees total $3,062.00 per residential dwelling unit. The rate in effect at the time of Final Plat will be the charged. Stormwater Management Feet The 2006 stormwater management fee is $397 per residential unit. The rate in effect at Final Plat will be charged. The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 26, 2006 at the Ramsey Fire Station located at 15050 Armstrong Blvd. NW, to review your preliminary plat.
