Voting Yes: Mayor Kuzma, Councilmembers Woestehoff, Howell, Musgrove, <br /> Olson, and Specht. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Riley. <br /> The public hearing was closed at 7:16 p.m. <br /> Council Business <br /> Motion by Councilmember Woestehoff, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to adopt Resolution <br /> #24-353 Adopting the City of Ramsey's 2025-2034 Capital Improvement Plan. <br /> Further discussion: <br /> Councilmember Howell shared that she will not be supporting the Capital Improvement Plan this <br /> evening specifically due to the Community Center still being listed. She noted that while the <br /> project is on the list for 2034, she shared that the Council spent a significant amount of time <br /> discussing this and there is currently no funding for it. <br /> Motion failed.
