Motion by Councilmember Specht, seconded by Councilmember Howell,to adopt Resolution#24- <br /> 353 Adopting the City of Ramsey's 2025-2034 Capital Improvement Plan with the removal of the <br /> Community Center. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Specht,Howell,Musgrove, and Olson. Voting No: <br /> Mayor Kuzma and Councilmember Woestehoff. Absent: Councilmember Riley. <br /> 8. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> None. <br /> 9. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br /> City Administrator Hagen announced upcoming meetings and events. <br /> Councilmember Specht thanked Mayor Kuzma and Councilmembers Howell, Musgrove, and <br /> Woestehoff. He shared that he has always admired Councilmember Woestehoff s ability to find <br /> certain ordinances and his attention to detail. He shared his appreciation for Councilmember <br /> Howell and her passion for individuals and their rights. He stated he has great respect for Mayor <br /> Kuzma for his even-keel leadership and always making sure Staff is taken care of. He also thanked <br /> Councilmember Musgrove and noted that she always digs into things and asks great questions. He <br /> added that all four of these Councilmembers and their gifts will be missed. He noted that ARAA <br /> will be having a sponsorship dinner this Saturday, December 14. He wished everyone a very merry <br /> Christmas. <br /> Councilmember Howell noted that it has been valuable to have a healthy discourse on the Council <br /> and they have been able to get a much better product for the residents by not always agreeing. She <br /> encouraged the next Council to continue to have the same healthy and robust discussions to get <br /> the best product for the residents. <br /> Councilmember Musgrove shared her appreciation for getting to work with Mayor Kuzma and <br /> added that he has represented the City well. She noted that Mayor Kuzma encouraged her <br /> involvement on the Lower Rum River WMO Board. She thanked City Administrator Hagen for <br /> stepping up and helping the Council. She congratulated the new Councilmembers who will be <br /> joining in January. She stated she is hopeful that they will represent Ramsey well. <br /> 10. ADJOURNMENT <br /> Motion by Councilmember Musgrove, seconded by Councilmember Howell, to adjourn the <br /> meeting. <br /> Motion carried.
