4.7 Public Art: Successful and Unsuccessful Projects <br /> Respondents were asked to give an example of a local public art project that was <br /> successful and one that was unsuccessful. They were asked to expound upon what made the <br /> project successful or unsuccessful. Did they consider its success, or lack thereof, primarily due <br /> to the piece, the process, or the site?
