10. That if denied, the Applicant states that they will be deprived of constructing a building that <br /> has been designed to house their business operations in the most efficient manner possible. <br /> 11. That if granted, the variance will/will not grant the Applicant any special privilege that is <br /> denied to other owners of lands, structures or buildings in the same district. <br /> 12. That if granted, the variance will/will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to <br /> adjacent property. <br /> 13. That if granted, the variance will/will not be materially detrimental to the purposes of the <br /> Ramsey Zoning Chapter or other property in the Industrial District. <br /> 14.
