Peak times of operation would occur in summer months, creating a <br />larger amount of commercial truck traffic at that tim~. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />As previously state~, Professional Properties intends to operate a daycare facility open to the public <br />on the ground floor'ofthe existing structure at 6575 141st Ave NW. The site of the proposed daycare <br />resides in the heart of the city's industrial area. Staffhas expressed that Planning Commission take <br />into account levels of commercial traffic in the area, proximity to various commercial activities, as <br />well as outdoor space availability for a play area on the proposed site. Any approval granted by the <br />city is contingent upon compliance with State and County daycare licensing requirements.
