CondenserCoils: <br />A. Standard Aluminum fin - Copper Tube Coils: <br />1. Standard evaporatorand condensercoils shall have aluminum lanced platefins mechanically bonded to seamless <br />internally grooved coppertubeswith all joints brazed. <br />2. Evaporatorcoils shall be leaktested to 150 psig, pressure tested to 450 psig, and qualified to UL 1995 bursttestat <br />1775 psig. <br />3. Condensercoils shall be leaktested to 150 psig, pressure tested to 650 psig, and qualified to UL 1995 bursttestat <br />1980 psig. <br />2.06. Refrigeration Components: <br />A. Refrigeration circuit components shall include liquid line service valve, suction line service valve, a full charge of <br />compressoroil, and a partial holding charge of refrigerant. <br />2.07. Controls and Safeties: <br />A. Minimum control functions shall include: <br />Control wire terminal blocks. <br />2. Compressor lockout on auto -reset safety until reset from thermostat. <br />3. Each unit shall utilize the ComfortAlertt Diagnostic Board that provides: <br />System Pressure Trip fault code indication <br />Short Cycling fault code indication <br />Locked Rotorfaultcode indication <br />Open Circuitfaultcode indication <br />Reverse Phase 3faultcode indication <br />Welded Contactorfaultcode indication <br />LowVoltagefaultcode indication <br />Anti -short cycle protection <br />Phase reversal protection <br />B. Minimum safetydeviceswhich are equipped with automatic reset (after resetting firstatthermostat), shall include: <br />1. High discharge pressure cutout. <br />2. Low pressure cutout. <br />2.08.
